Where to Buy

oncept2 sells direct, shipping from locations in Morrisville, Vermont, and Salt Lake City, Utah.

In addition to buying directly from Concept2, there are a small number of resellers who carry Concept2 products. Please note that aside from Concept2, we can’t guarantee pricing nor whether a reseller will have our products in stock. If you’re looking to try-before-you-buy, please check out our erg finders for locations near you that have our equipment.

If you have any questions about a reseller, please call Concept2’s Customer Service team, who will be happy to verify which companies participate in our program.

Shipping Information

Orders shipping within the US and Canada ship via UPS or FedEx Ground service.

Orders totaling $0 USD ship via the United States Postal Service, regardless of destination.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of placement.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of placement. While we don’t anticipate delays with Concept2 processing your order, UPS and FedEx have suspended their guaranteed services. Concept2 will not be held responsible for shipment delays.

Yes, it is possible to ship to a business address.
No, it is not possible to choose a specific date on which to receive your order; however, if you have a preferred date on which you would like your order to ship from Concept2, please place your order by phone: 800.245.5676 (toll-free) Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. ET.
No. All orders (including RowErg, SkiErg, and BikeErg orders) ship without a signature required. If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS/FedEx will leave the package where they would normally leave packages for your location. If you’d like signature required delivery service, please place your order by phone: 800.245.5676 (toll-free) Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. ET. An additional fee may apply, and we cannot guarantee the carriers will comply, as they have suspended guaranteed services at this time.

We use cardboard and recyclable expanded polystyrene (EPS) packaging to ship our RowErgs, SkiErgs and BikeErgs. Please recycle this packaging when possible:

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of shipment to you, and we will refund the cost of goods sold. All shipping costs are your responsibility.

This offer applies to factory direct sales to our customers in US and Canada only. Please call 800.245.5676 before returning any items.

US Taxes

Concept2 collects HI GET tax for orders shipping to Hawaii and sales tax for orders shipping to all other locations where state sales tax applies. Please note that shipping charges may also be taxable on shipments to these locations.

If you are tax exempt in one of these locations, Concept2 needs tax exempt certificates from you made out to Concept2, Inc. Please email these to ar@concept2.com or fax them to 802.888.4791. If you are not tax exempt, sales tax will apply to any transaction shipping to one of these locations.

If there is no sales or GET tax on your transaction and you are not a tax-exempt entity, it is because Concept2 is not required to and does not collect sales, GET or use tax for the state to which the order is being delivered. Depending on the state’s tax laws, you may be required to pay use tax to the state to which the order is being delivered. Contact the state’s Tax Department to determine your use tax liability.

TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: Tax is always reflected in our online shop. If you place an order online, and we have you in our system as being tax exempt for the location to which your order is shipping, the tax reflected on your Preliminary Order Reference will be removed from the order when it is processed at Concept2.

Canadian Taxes and Brokerage Fees

All orders to Canada that total more than $0 USD will be shipped via UPS International Standard Service. Shipping costs displayed on this site for Canada do not include Canadian taxes or brokerage charges collected by UPS Canada. All shipments to Canada are subject to these additional fees.

Your shipment will be subject to the same sales and/or goods and services taxes that the province or territory to which you are shipping typically collects. The amount of tax assessed will be based on the total value of your order. Please refer to your local and federal tax authorities if you have questions on these rates.

Please Note:

  • These are estimates only and may vary based on the current exchange rate. As such, they are subject to change.
  • Brokerage fees themselves are subject to provincial/territorial sales and/or goods and service taxes; the estimates listed here do not include these taxes.
  • Taxes and brokerage fees are based on the total value of your order.
  • As of September 1, 2025, Concept2 Ergometers and Oars are not subject to the 25% Canadian reciprocal tariff on US origin goods. Certain spare parts, however, may still be subject to the tariff.
  • Canadian taxes and brokerage fees are payable to the carrier, not to Concept2.
  • We encourage you to contact the carrier directly to better understand the taxes and brokerage fees your order will incur. 
Estimated Brokerage Fees:
IMPORTANT: The estimates listed here are for the UPS brokerage fees only. They do NOT include tax assessed on the brokerage fee itself, nor the sales and/or goods and services taxes assessed on the total order value. For further questions regarding UPS Canadian Brokerage Billing, or the total fees you will be expected to pay to take delivery of your order, please call UPS Canadian Brokerage Directly: 888.520.9090, and have your tracking number ready.

The brokerage fee charged by UPS is comprised of 3 categories:
  1. Entry Preparation Fee
  2. Disbursement/Bond Fee
  3. Additional Fees
