In addition to buying directly from Concept2, there are a small number of resellers who carry Concept2 products. Please note that aside from Concept2, we can’t guarantee pricing nor whether a reseller will have our products in stock. If you’re looking to try-before-you-buy, please check out our erg finders for locations near you that have our equipment.

Concept2 collects HI GET tax for orders shipping to Hawaii and sales tax for orders shipping to all other locations where state sales tax applies. Please note that shipping charges may also be taxable on shipments to these locations.
If you are tax exempt in one of these locations, Concept2 needs tax exempt certificates from you made out to Concept2, Inc. Please email these to ar@concept2.com or fax them to 802.888.4791. If you are not tax exempt, sales tax will apply to any transaction shipping to one of these locations.
If there is no sales or GET tax on your transaction and you are not a tax-exempt entity, it is because Concept2 is not required to and does not collect sales, GET or use tax for the state to which the order is being delivered. Depending on the state’s tax laws, you may be required to pay use tax to the state to which the order is being delivered. Contact the state’s Tax Department to determine your use tax liability.
TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: Tax is always reflected in our online shop. If you place an order online, and we have you in our system as being tax exempt for the location to which your order is shipping, the tax reflected on your Preliminary Order Reference will be removed from the order when it is processed at Concept2.
